The Alaska Department of Commerce requires that Alaska Corporations, Non Profit Corporations, and LLCs file Biennial Reports. The due date for the Biennial Report is January 1st of the second year.

Failure to file the Biennial Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
